After my #SNAPChallenge, I had a decent amount of food left over, including
- One can of garbanzo beans
- One bag of rice noodles
- 1.33 bags of brown rice
- 4 English Muffins
- 1/2 jar of peanut butter
Take a look at all the food below. I think it would be easier to do this over a multiple week period vs just a single week.
